Hello! We are The Syndicate Real Estate Team, serving West and South Seattle with a passion for excellence. Our team consists of three dedicated professionals: Trevor Russell, Kayla Branca, and Raeanne Silver. Since 2012, we've been committed to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients in Seattle and beyond. Our mission is clear: we strive to exceed expectations, deliver results, and build lasting relationships founded on trust and professionalism. Together, we navigate the real estate landscape with integrity, innovation, and a deep commitment to the success of our clients and our community. With credentials including licenses as Realtors since 2012, Certified Marketing Specialist (CMS), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), we bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every transaction. Proud members of the Seattle King County Association of Realtors and the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce since 2014, we also have served as real estate representatives for US Bankruptcy Trustees and educators for first-time homebuyers through the Washington State Housing Finance Committee. Team Lead

Trevor Russell

Flint, Michigan native, Western Michigan University graduate, Trevor moved to Seattle in 2006 & never looked back. He started his Real Estate career in 2012 as a licensed assistant to a leading East Side Broker before branching out and building his own Real Estate team in 2015. Trevor's love for West Seattle sparked during his time bartending while completing his real estate training. He has since made the neighborhood his home, residing in both Alki Beach and now Arroyo Beach. Trevor's role as a devoted father to his 2-year-old son, Ari, inspires him in both his personal and professional life.

Kayla Branca

A long time trusted family friend, adds expertise to the team with her background in relationship building as a hairstylist and prior education in investments. Kayla is eager to grow in the industry, She looks forward to becoming a full-time agent for The Syndicate team. Born and raised in Seattle, Kayla calls the Mount Baker and Colombia City neighborhoods home.

Raeanne Silver

Born & raised in West Seattle & Burien, Raeanne is a serial entrepreneur who has built, owned, operated, & sold 2 multimillion dollar franchises here in the PNW. Raeanne & Trevor have been married since 2014 & live with their son Ari in Arbor Heights neighborhood of West Seattle on the water. Raeanne obtained her real estate license in 2017 to help Trevor with his growing Real Estate business.
